Concepts and digital content for customer touchpoints including video walls and digital fins and digital ticketing.

RESPONSE:

Detailed storyboards created for sign off of structure, visuals and clear messaging. On approval, digital content was created and editable template files supplied for international markets to easily update and localise.

Vodafone Digital – The ‘internet of things’ is a term to describe devices that ‘talk’ to each other on a network from simple sensors to smartphones to wearables. Vodafone’s range of ‘IoT’ products ‘help people look after the things they treasure most’ and include a kids watch which is also a GPS tracker, trackers for pets, luggage and bikes, an SOS band for the elderly to complete ‘Home kits that can automate heating and lighting, home security including cameras alarms and detectors, all controlled by an app on a smartphone.

Digital content produced for video walls attract and educate the customer to the benefits of the products and prompt a conversation with sales staff.
